The event was an unforgettable evening celebrating unique and cutting edge artistic design. The art featured a myriad of style, creativity, and apprehension. An event that weaves together real estate, art, and high quality food is something that has not occurred before.

In essence, the ARTech event is a pioneer in making real estate more digital forward and combining new concepts. The event catered to a few hundred attendees, and there was a long wait list for those who wanted to attend. The large demand for attendance shows how highly sought after the ARTech event was.

To add a cherry on top Alex Guarnaschelli, who is a prominent chef from the highly acclaimed Butter restaurant, was at the event to display the finest of NYC’s dining. Butter Restaurant has maintained an exclusive niche restaurant scene for stylish Manhattanites since its initial inception on Lafayette Street in 2002.

The American restaurant is helmed by Food Network star and Executive Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, who uses greenmarket offerings to create a seasonal menu. The dining room at Butter offers a unique atmosphere and decor. Between high arching ceilings — caped with a large format nature scape, cozy booths – perfect for a romantic night out, and an inviting bar. Butter caters to any guest, whether they are seeking either a formal dining experience or one that is more casual.

Throughout the show, there was an emphasis on colorful and sculptures with canvas’ that are beautifully crafted. This level of detail was necessary for this special private occasion. The private gallery demod several artists from around the world. The remarkable works of art are expressed through intricate brush strokes and beautifully crafted creations. The art display was the cherry on top to the gorgeous setting. The interactive art gave attendees a mesmerizing experience that made prints to gallery walls shine.

For anyone at the event, the emphasis on the technology allowed one’s senses to be immersed into a completely different world. The culmination of modern digital technology and stunning artist designs from around the world added to the ambiance of the event.

Additionally, there was a special silent auction that was held with a portion of the proceeds going to Covid First Responders charity fund. First responders are on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in every community across the country. ARTech’s donated proceeds will help those first responder families who are enduring financial hardship due to the coronavirus outbreak.

ARTech featured five units located in a luxury building that offers short term leases, which is unheard of in Manhattan. This allows buyers to have extremely desirable opportunities with the units that are available.

The 1-2 bedroom units are some of the most sought after in Manhattan. The units are minimalistic, sleek, and modern. They are tastefully accentuated by neutral tone contrasts found throughout the relaxed atmosphere. The hardwood flooring finishes with a zen-inspired bathroom that is complete with gleaming glacier glass walls, and limestone flooring. The kitchen features white lacquer cabinetry lined by Pietra Bedonia stone counters and appointed by the highest quality appliances such as Wolf, Liebherr, and Miele.

Each unit offers fantastic views and will cater to the needs of even the pickiest of buyers. Most recently, French Montana paid $22,000 a month for one unit within a three-unit combination that is being marketed for $50 million, as noted in this Jerusalem Post article. The best part: units are above the classic celebrity hangout Butter restaurant and within close proximity to NYC’s finest areas.

Cassa Properties is the perfect backdrop for any event of memorable experience. There are 5 investor units available at this iconic location.

The night was filled with wonder, design, and surprises around these units. At the event, there were delectable drinks and hors d’oeuvres by Celebrity Food Network Chef Alex Guaranaschelli of Butter. Guarnaschelli is an Executive Chef at New York City’s Butter restaurant and has appeared on various Network shows such as Food Network, The Kitchen, Chopped, and much more.
